RayLib 5.5 is out!

Well for a while I've been playing with Godot (which has its own quirks - despite being rather good)

This was mainly because sadly Raylib had been missing an important feature, namely GPU skinning or skeletal animations, however with the recent release 5.5 now has this feature! There are lots of other new features and bug fixes, so I'm gonna have a good look !
